- Deccan Chamber of Commerce Industries & Agriculture (DCCIA), had organized a presentation on 9th Oct 2019 on Long Term Settlement signed by John Deere and Fiat India management with the union.
Mr. Abhijeet Parlikat and Mr. Suhas pakhare from John Deere and Mr. Milind Kale from Fiat India Auto Pvt Ltd made the presentation on the Lts.
Dy. Labour Commissioner Shri. Samnhaji Kakade (Retd.) and Shri. Sunil Bagal (Retd.) were also present for this session. Shri, Kakade enlightened the session with his seasoned and deep rooted experience.
The programme was organised by Mr. Mukund Jagirdar, Chairman along with HR committee of DCCIA.More then 50 delegates from various Industries attended the session.

HR professionals present for 62nd meeting of OHR were very lucky to have Wonderful yet thought provoking session by Mr.Sambhajirao Kakade, Ex Dy.Labour Commissioner and Mr. Sunil Bagal, Ex Dy. Labour Commissioner on "IR - A journey from conflict to cordiality" and Mathadi Act at JSPM college Wagholi on 21st September 2018 at 3:00pm. Mr. Kakade with his unique style of communication, unfold the real background behind industrial dispute and Settlement. He took audience from steam producing era to Industry 4.0 and gave mantra of flexible, Multiskiling in todays VUCA world. He shared various real practical examples from his rich experience related to disputes ans also advised HR on how to sustain in this critical situation. He explained audiences queries on protected workmen, Union bearers and trade union to the fullest. The other speaker, Mr.Bagal enlightened audience on Mathadi and Role of Mathadi Board. He beautifully pointed out why Mathadi Act was introduced, How it is different and superior than the Contract Labour Act as well as how legally HR can keep away Mathadi union by taking help of Mathadi Act. He also explained about provisions available under Act for exemption. Really it was an eye opening session on Mathadi for HR professionals. We are very thankful to both of them for this wonderful experience. We are also thankful to JSPM management for hosting this session by offering infrastructure and hospitality. We are thankful to all HR professionals present for this session even during festival.
