Certification of Standing Orders and Self - Certification

We also help our clients in the procedural formalities of obtaining certification for standing orders under the provision of the Industrial Employment (Standing Order) Act 1946. We gear companies to apply for self - certification scheme, ensuring the compliances thereof, initiated by Government of Maharashtra. Self - certification scheme is advantageous to the corporates, as it brings down inspection frequency to once in five years.
